Statistical Sales Data for Sacramento - December 2008

The following graph provides sales statistics for the county of Sacramento. In addition there are links to the surrounding counties of: El Dorado, Placer and Yuba. They compare December 2008 to the year prior (December 2007), as well as data for November 2008 vs. November 2007. In most areas the number of sales posted was significantly greater to the year prior. However, prices have significantly declined for the same time period. Also linked is a statistical data sheet by zip code for Sacramento, and surrounding areas.
