Here We Go Again...
The customer is always right , right? Let's say you contact a potential homebuyer who called in the free recorded info line and you go through your questions and everything seems well , so you get their email address and info. You email them properties and then they say you spam them. Or Have you ever had a customer give you their email on the phone and just moments later you email them and it bounces back as invalid!! After you read it back and doublechecked it...gee well anyway I generally try to email all customers twice a week and call them once a week as well to follow up. Once I had a female in my database who was very upset that I emailed her and so I replied back by removing her from my email contacts...well I couldnt seem to understand why she kept writing me saying she was getting email all the time....when I looked in my book, I saw I documented that I removed her already. So I seach through every single contact just to make her happy (time consuming) but it turns out I had her name in my program as "DR. so and so" ...WOW! I couldn't believe it...well it turns out I mistakenly put her in twice because she registered twice... I had 1 name with no prefix DR and the other with it....whew what a time waster that was!! So have you ever had something like that happen to you or ever get the real EVIL Threats...I am sure we all get them.
