I in the last week or 2 have been getting a lot of calls from people now looking to puirchase property and homes in and around the Pikes Peak Area of Colorado. This is just what i thought would happen but it is coming sooner than i had expected. I thought it would be coming on in the spring of 2009 but we are still in the winter.

I wanted to post here for the people in areas that have not started to pick up and say it's on its way to you soon, Trust me.

Also i was wonder how is your area doing? What area do you do business in and have you seen signs of increased buying and selling?
