| Anytime, any market, goes through a tighenting, many opportunities emerge. It is part of the cyclical nature of capitolism. The key to taking advantage is understanding the market and knowing your financial situation. Because of the hugh runup in prices from the recent market craze, many people were caught at the end of the run. Reality is showing that perhaps ''we'' overbid certain, if not all properties. The trick now is to understand that the opportunity to trade up becomes an advantage to the homeowner who has a good equity postion and is willing to take less to gain more.Discount your property and then take advantage of someone who must sell even lower.This is not an easy process to do because it is taking advantage of someone elses unforunate situation. (However, these over extended proprety owners were trying to do the same thing and got caught with a poor stragety and now will pay). Please do not personalize property investment. It will ultimately destroy you. It is a free market made of sellers and buyers. Right now, and the months ahead will provide a great chance to move up and reposition your holdings .
