Safety Issues

What will we find at your Home Inspection?

Your Home Inspection

A safety issue cover plate missing

There are one or more electric boxes, are missing their cover plates. Such as for receptacles, junction boxes, and or switches in the home. Cover plates are intended to contain fire and to prevent anyone from electric shock from any exposed wires. This is a safety issue due to the risk of fire and shock. Cover plates need to be installed where they are missing.

Dale you bet they need to be replaced where missing. That is a danger and accident looking to happen. Don't fool with electriity, respect it and follow the rules. Cover plates are very important.

My Howdy

there Terry, Carl and Ceil

I'm always glad to have Y'all stop by to visit, and leave a comment to read. On one of my post's, here at my little ole Blogging Homestead, my friends

Terry - you are more than welcome, to come by anything. You sure are welcome

Carl - you sure don't want to be missing around with electrity. When I find things like this and have seen sign's of kids liven in the home. I just don't know what to think.

Dale, We see this almost in every home we preview and it is a real hazard.  As my son said when he was very young the only thing he knew about electricity was the fact that you can't see it and it will kill you.

My Howdy

there Don

I'm always real glad to have you stop by to visit, and leave a fine comment to read, and reply to. On one of my pos't here at my little ole Blogging Homestead, my friend

This kind of thing, sure is a real hazard to folk's. Wat too many folk's think if it can't be seen, it's okay. Not to worry about it. Your son is a very smart young man.
