Five Claremont homes were listed for sale during the week ending Jan. 24, 2009, and two homes entered escrow, according to the Inland Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service.
A total of 85 Claremont homes were listed for sale in the MLS on Jan. 25. Included were 50 single-family homes not in associations. There were 35 condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes in homeowner associations listed for sale in Claremont on Jan. 25.
The MLS listed 27 Claremont listings as vacant, 11 as "short sales," and six as owned by lenders who foreclosed on defaulted loans.
One Claremont home was reported as sold in the MLS during the week ending Jan. 24, 2009.
