as I wrote at the end of last week, busienss really seemed to be picking up around here this past week. This weekend, my colleague Matt reports, was crazy business a a new 55+ development we market outside West Chester, PA with 35 couples coming in yesterday and 17 the day before. In response to some re-pricing, special offesr and an ad in the local newspaper.
Anotherr single family home int he smae area came on the market, and was promoted as "active /no show" until 5 p.m Saturday night. My clients went - along with 7 other couples and the enxt day we got a call from the listing agent that there was an offer.
I was showing new construction in another area the site agent reported two sales last week.
