I found activerain to be very forthcoming and far-reaching and have received responses from so many of you, thank you for that and so I will offer another tidbit or I like to call them "Mississippi Minutes" from my slice of life here in Ocean Springs.

Are there bargains to be had in today's market, you bet there are!  From residential to commercial to condos, especially condos in the three coastal counties here on the MS Gulf Coast.

Speaking of condos, is the market ever going to come back? oh yes it will, and there are many available at reasonable prices for the savvy investor.  Along with the rest of the nation, the coast is experiencing downturns in the market, but there are plenty of OPPORTUNITIES here.  The good news is the condo market isn't saturated as Florida, and Alabama coastlines and the prices for a 3/3 on the gulf can be purchased for about $285 per sf, (prices may vary according to properties), thats awhole lot more reasonable to live with then the prices of different coast properties.
