And I believe I've been to all of them over the years. My favorite places to camp and hike have been West Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Southern California.

I had not even been to Arizona before 1994 when I met my marketing guru. Now I've been to something like 30 of the states. Arizona's in my Top 5.

Bob & Carol, it is always fun to read about other areas. I have never visited Arizona but sometimes wonder if the weather would not help my sinus and allergy problems.

Bob and Carolin - great idea, recommending that people get the state park pass.  I'll keep this in mind when I hear of friends who will be traveling there.
