Nolan Woods EntryIn 2005, Nolan Woods was developed for The Street of Dreams.  Located in the Wellington area of Woodinville, WA  it is the area's Builders showcase for that year.  Selected homebuilders were chosen to develop this neighborhood utilizing the latest technology and architectural designs.  Many homes featured waterfalls, pools, and extensive landscaping both front and backyards.  The gated community has wide streets and lots of privacy.

I am a longtime woodinville resident and Nolan Woods is hands down the most exclusive neighborhood in a city that has quite a bit of affluence. The fact that this street of dreams neighborhood was built during the height of the housing market seemed to result in these Mansionesque homes getting more than other street of dreams neighborhoods. Up until recently you were able to park outside the gate and walk through to admire the homes and landscape. At the very end of the street are my 2 favorites, one of them is an incredible Northeast style that is formal elegance at it's finest. My other favorite has a long private driveway with a large pond with fountain out front. The home is a tasteful contemporary that looks like one of Frank Lloyd Wright's masterpieces. The only downside is that the road leading to this neighborhood doesnt give it a good buildup.
