Ok , so I am interested in getting a ranking for my website. Fliplocator.com. I just made it, and i was wondering if anyone could look at it and rank it from 1 - 10, 10 being the best of course. It is a website for investors, house flippers, etc etc.
Let me know what I could improve upon.

I really like the easy to read layout and the idea of the website. I would say the only thing I didn't like was the multiple $ signs on some of the prices. It made it a little hard to read. Other than that, it is great. Not to fancy, which I think is good because most people interested in that topic are down to business type of people who don't want a bunch of flash programs. Looks great. I would say an 8 out of 10.

only a 5 and I haven't looked at it yet. Do you know how to hyperlink back to your site. Highlight the word you want to link back to your site. Then click on the chain link above. fill out your Url (your website address) and give your site a title like Dallas texas investment properties. You should even consider that as your Highlighted word.
Good luck you need to do this at least once in your blogs. hyperlinking is important
thanks for the input everyone!! and the $$ signs are because some people put $100,000 when they list it instead of 100,000. Theres is already on in there. So i apoligize for these people =).

lol, sure if I can find them =P. Its really nothing to worry about, everything is free, um... i dont sell your contact info or anything like that... um... thats about it. I make no $ off of you period. The website is simply to gain contacts around the country in the Real Estate market.

I would give the initial design a 7, it's not bad on the eyes.
Although from a person who works for VP Realty in Dallas, TX and boasts a #1 spot for "Dallas Real Estate" your lack of SEO on your personal website is a bit odd.
