On November 18 2008, U.S. Federal District Court Judge Matthew F. Kennelly gave final approval to the settlement over the display of MLS listings on virtual office websites, or VOWs.

According to NAR's General Counsel Laurie Janik, the approved policy is a compromise which will ensure that MLSes are used for what they were originally intended, to help real estate professionals find buyers for people who want to sell their homes.

Although NAR has introduced IDX Solutions back in 2000, PropertyMinder started offering Real Estate agents, brokers and offices the fully loaded AccelerAgentTM websites that offer much of Virtual Office functionality extending MLS searches beyond IDX.

With AccelerAgentTM Websites, PropertyMinder clients are always in control. AccelerAgentTM sites offer a map-based MLS search allowing agents to exclude listings from displaying based on geography, list price, property type, cooperative compensation offered by the listing broker, or whether the listing broker is a REALTOR®.

We invite all our readers to test drive the AccelerAgentTM Virtual Office Websites. Start you test drive at www.propertyminder.com or ask for a 30-day no risk trial by calling (800) 743-5820.
