What data is your mls fee Rets?  Great looking site.  I am just launching a new site as well HomeGuideColorado.com Do you have a link exchange software that you will be using?  We should start a real estate community that just subscribes to one anthers blogs to build traffic to each others sites?

I agree with Shane O'Gorman above, although the site looks good, the search should be more pronounced and easier to find. Most visitors to your site will want to search for homes so it should be easy to find. Good work!

Its not bad, but the main page a very few of the others are optimized for local searches: IE city state real estate listings, information, demographics.  Do you have access to edit the tags data?

There is no H1 (Header one) tag - this can be easily fixed and should be, as the H1 is one of the most important tags, along with the titles, which should includde more Geographical words in my opinion.

You'd better remove the article on the $15000 tax credit.  This was scrapped in the house.

Yes, I do have access to edit the site.

 

H1 tags are an important in seo, and help increase your serp but they are not need to do so.

 

This site ranks on the 1st page of Google for the term "Ascension Real Estate"  hoping to get it up to #1 in the next few weeks.
