The fear we see from first timers is...Have we hit the bottom yet ? The crystal balls are sooo foggy and vary so much from one area to the next...if we all knew for sure we'd all be rich !

thanks for sharing the link - I get asked the "WHAT IF" questions from renters all the time!

(When you get sick of the snow, come to Florida and sell homes. I'm from Lakeville MA and don't miss the cold , ice and snow) Should be 60's to 70's today!
