Good morning Shoreview,Blaine and all of the Metro. It sure is cool this morning, as they say in England "it's brass monkey weather" or getting close. Ask me to explain that in private.

I hope that the interest rates follow the temperature and tempt more buyers off the couch and out into one of the many homes just waiting for them.
