Tuesday morning and the countdown is on to Super Bowl. It's funny to think, Melody asked me yesterday; who played in last year's game. I think it was the Giants... and somebody else. I couldn't remember. Can you? All the hype and hoopla leading up to the game cheapens it to me. I'll turn on the TV for the game Sunday at 3pm and watch it from then on.
This year I have more interest than usual as Kurt Warner - the mother of all underdog stories - and the Cardinals take on the Steelers. They're both very likeable teams. I like the underdog Cardinals.

This is a tough market, we're finding out. Promises of offers are falling by the wayside causing many buyers and sellers to despair. Don't... When one door closes... another opens. We had such an experience and we were bummed... for a minute. Upward and onward. That is the attitude we must project. In this situation, the strong survive.
Yesterday's bad news was offset by two pieces of good news. 1. we have a new multi-million dollar listing. 2. great showing at our huge listing last night. What's the saying?
"When God closes one door..."
