Once I have the 3 documents mentioned above it will be reviewed and I will call you to go over the file and make sure it as accurate as possible and set up in a way the gives the project the best chance to fund. We will then send the documents to the funding source who will issue a term sheet if it fits their footprint. If the terms meet your needs a term sheet will be sent to you, which will need to be signed and sent back. From here we start moving to get it closed and fund your project ASAP, many times in 45-60 days.
