This apartment has just over a thousand (1014) square feet of living space, including a separate dining room, living room, and galley kitchen and a large bedroom and bath.  Unlike smaller one bedroom co-ops, this unit comes with a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The sliding glass door in the dining room opens onto either a balcony or patio.  Some of the previous owners have enclosed this area to give additional living space.

In all cases, the co-op fee includes electricity and basic cable.
