Just a quick question for any of our professionals out there, but especially our RE agents and brokers:

If you were to pay for a video production, which would appeal to you more...being included in an onscreen interview, or having a professional VO (male/female) instead?  Take a look at the samples and let me know what you prefer.

Onscreen interview

Professional VO

Music only

Thanks,

Eric

Eric: The professional VO is the most seamless, but the onscreen interview felt more authentic. The music only would might be appropriate in certain circumstances, but for most real estate purposes I would choose the interview format.

My opinion, only!  All are very well done.

Roberta,

Thanks for the feedback, it is definitely appreciated. I like your point about the interview making it "more authentic". I happen to like the interview approach.  What I hate is a camera following an agent around...too much like a horror flick in my opinion.

I like both, but they both take way to log to load

Michael,
Thanks for letting me know. We are always working to make things easier and quicker for the viewer.  At 720x330, the file size is a bit larger, so their is a bit more load time...we'll keep chipping away at that though.

Roberta,
Honest and constructive criticism is needed and welcomed.  That's how we make improvement.

Thanks again!
