David - I saw this video from your comments on Jason Neumann's blog. WOW, nice job, what a great way to leave an powerful memory on potential buyers and agents. I really believe those personal touches stick in peoples minds, and the sellers story helps create that personal attachment to the property and the sellers for that matter. I think you guys provide a great service, and the prices are pretty good for the value you get from these videos. I could definitely see providing these videos to sellers as part of my services as a seller agent. Thanks For Sharing, too bad I'm not in NC :)

Thank you so much for your kind words. While I would never advocate video as a replacement for photos, i do believe it is an incredible tool for highlighting the best features of a listing. I agree Multiple property photos and detailed descriptions are still what buyers want (According to the NAR, too) You are just taking it to the next level of "Give the people what they want". Information is power :)

You are right. People expect photos. As more people learn about video for real estate more sellers will demand the service. They are knocked over when you offer a video that will be posted to more than a dozen video sites and mailed to Buyer's realtors. The buyer's realtors love them because they can show a home with a click of a mouse.
