What is selling?

Conclusion: The market is still the same. Buyers are clearly in control and will stay in control until there are three consecutive months with more residences being sold than come on the market.

That was great information!  I think we can see by the 5 properties that have gone pending in December that the worst is still to come...That's a major decline and is very forboding...

Willa and Ted:

My latest post show that at least we had more solds in 2008 than new listings of the upper Cape. Hopefully, that will trigger some stabilization of the prices.
