The last week has been quite crazy for Naples, Florida real estate!  I can't remember being this busy since 2005!  It's so exciting to have this kind of activity again.  I've rec'd 4 offers in the past week on 4 different properties, plus received 2 offers on the same listing today!  Not only that, but after years of wondering why I do open houses, I was sitting at an open house on Tuesday, only to have a buyer walk in and put in a million dollar offer on Wednesday.  

I sure hope this is a sign of a great year to come!  Despite all the bad news going on with the economy, 2009 is going to be a great year!  I hope everyone is having a ton of success!!!
