I'm looking for a roughly 25,000 sqft space with 25'+ ceiling heights for a client to lease. Anyone out there know of any that are available or that will be available by this fall? Our client would like to get the tenant improvements done prior to the fall season since he'll be using it as a sports facility. The location may need special zoning as the client would like to also house a small bar area in the same space to capture the revenue stream of this captive audience and spectator groups that may come to the location.
