Tip Update:

I just found a great article by CNN Money that further made the point I was making in Tuesday’s Tip #13. Appraisals can be determined for any amount. They can also be determined for a number of very good and bad reasons. It is all very much subjective.

So again, be smart and make sure that your property appraises well. But, do it ethically. An appraisal doesn’t mean anything if you don’t have someone to purchase it.
