About 5 years ago my husband and I met Phil Olson at the title company we used to refinance our mortgage on our 1st home.  As we were walking out, Phil was walking in.  He introduced himself, gave us his business card, and told us to call him if we ever needed assitance in the future with our mortgage.  We did that approximately 1 year later,  as we were heading in a downward spiral from the adjustable mortgage we were in.  Phil was honest with us and told us we needed to work on establishing our credit back in order to get another loan.  After working with us for 4 years, we were finally able to purchase our dream home.  In September we bought our dream home at a interest rate we were very happy with.  The first of the year brought us even better news as Phil called us and asked us if we were ready to save some more money.  Who wouldn't like that?  Because he financed us with a FHA loan, we were able to get a Streamline loan with a 2% savings on our interest!  We are now at the lowest possible FHA rate!!
We feel so blessed to have a mortgage lender who looks out for our best interest.
