The final step to any good marksman is being able to "do it again".

When it comes to the comparisons I made between the seven elements of marksmanship and Real Estate practices, this is probably the place where most fall short of the mark.  I come from a school of thought that there is enough business to go around for everyone, no matter the field or endeavor.

To be productive and on your game, you must be able to do things over and over that provide results.  If you are intent at looking backward at mistakes, misfortune, bad luck or any of the sort that you have come across in your past, you are missing the point.  This will likely result in your stumbling and falling flat on your face.  If you focused on your "sight picture" and are able to find your "trigger", while remembering to breathe and knowing when to hold your breath, then having a base, you must be able to "do it again".  Repeating the steps with consistency and valor-full persistence, is the proverbial line in the sand that separates the sheep from the sheepdog.  How wonderful is it to share knowledge of things that most keep secret?  Things that are ingrained and stitched in the fabric of "self" marking you as a person and a success.  I would give the shirt off of my back to help another.

I know that being a public servant for the past 17 years became so ingrained as a part of my soul, I would never be able to pass up someone that needed any kind of assistance.  A stranded motorist, a distraught and emotionally down person, even an individual that is wanting to get a start in the Real Estate business.  It matters as much as you think it does and everything comes around at one time or another.  In my opinion, you have it in your power to succeed in whatever you want to do, any dream you can achieve, you will be able to have anything you want in life.

The problem with what I believe, is that when it has to do with anyone other than myself, it falls short of the mark.  It is up to YOU to believe in yourself, self-confidence is one of the most important assets we can feel.  You can empower yourself and then you will be able to empower others with the tools they need to be successful.

I agree.  It's amazing how when you empower yourself, you also empower and lift up those around you.   It's like a virus, but only of the good kind.

If you're focused and work with positive people, then thats the type of person you will attract.

What's that old saying, Birds of a feather, .........
