Hi Linda,  It's clear that this was written by a parent!  Pretty funny.  And make it a beagle.  They are loving and adorable, but they bay constantly and dig up your yard.  I used to have a beagle and she would burrow under the side fence into the neighbor's yard, then under the next fence and the next until some angry neighbor would bring her home, complaining that she had dug up a flower bed.

Linda, this is so funny.  But is it really wordless if the picture has all the text?  Don't mind me, I'm just trying to get the needed number of words in.  Since you're not getting points for this, somebody should!

This is too funny! Make it a quad latte and litter of puppies...that will make the parents sit up and take notice, huh!

Well, as a dog lover, how 'bout we make it a cat ... with claws ... unspayed ... and pregnant!

I like Patricia's idea for Open Houses.

Hi Linda - what a hoot that picture is, priceless for sure!  And I like throwing in a drum set, too.

What a hoot. Great photo. A chihuahua could work - they are the noisiest little dogs I have heard. We have them all over out here.

Thanks for all the comments everyone!  Now that Wordless Wednesday is gone and Talking Thursday is here, I can tell you that I found that sign in a restaurant in Albuquerque.  I love all the comments especially the idea of putting the sign up for an open house.  The drum set would be a nice touch too, and maybe finger paints.

Linda, This is great. It made me smile after shoveling the snow we had yesterday!

Linda, I can't wait to forward a copy of your photo to my REALTOR friend in Albuquerque. He will get a great big laugh out of it.  And maybe we should add a non-stop car trip, especially after they have had the espresso.....are we there yet?.....I need to use the bathroom.... Have fun.
