Subsidized Apartments

I have clients looking for subsidized housing apartment complexes or portfolios with at least 60 units. Open to all types of subsidies, but really like HUD programs. Looking nationwide, but very interested in East Coast and along MississippiRiver corridor states. Will offer referal if clients are interested in property. Thanks a bunch!
