When times are good Billy is selling you all sorts of products that you don't really need, from Kaboom, to Mighty Putty, to Hercules Hooks. and when the economy start going down the next thing he was selling is a product that keeps your pants together (you know since you can't afford new ones). I believe this article has it nailed once Billy start selling the newest coffee warmer for your car again we will know the economy is back to where it needs to be!
