We are starting to see offers getting accepted by banks that are not lowball offers in the true sense of the word, but that are significantly less than asking price. However, there is no shortage of people wishing to place REAL lowball offers that do not get anyhwere. For example, on a lot I have listed for $190k, which is 10% less expensive than the next highest priced lot, I am getting offers for $95k and $100k. Maybe $150k is the magic number, maybe it's $175k. Do I hear $125k??
