If you really like the post but it's dated, this would be the perfect oppportunity to update it. You might even be able to do it in such a way that you leave the old post(s) up and update them with new information. At the end of the post you can link to your blog with the updated information.
OK so I see the post you are looking to move -not really one that lends itself to an update. It has #1 ranking in google for the title keyword. I'm thinking that maybe change the title on your new blog to make it more about specific condo projects that restrict pets, even if you don't name the specific places - Since this ranks well in google if it were me, I would leave this post here - moving it could be tricky - you never know with a post like this, someone could see it a year or two years from now and chose you to represent them because of that post. There is a chance if you delete the old version that the new one might not come up, or it could show up in google the next day as #1.
