These are all really good points.
I agree with you that challenging times do bring out the best in people.
I think that tough times in other professions helps us find premium agents for ours. By this I mean, there are quite a few experienced, professional trained, corporate people out there looking for jobs that would make excellent sales agents or even BIC. They know how the business world works and have a skill set unlike many others. I was a certified TQM instructor in the 1990's and after it dawned on me that I was training younger, lower paid individuals to tkae my job, I decided that I would get into real estate, aplly the same work ethic and would never be fired again and get paid for my efforts. This is a great time to make a career change to real estate if you ever have thought about it, today is your day. Have a great day. Bill
