Sometimes we are so passionate about something, we move forward without really evaluating what the challenges, or possiblesetbacks, might be. Years ago, I worked with the owner of a large business whose philosophy was to "Shoot first, aim later!" He picked this little saying up from a book called Gorilla Marketing. This would drive me crazy!! He was good at shooting himself in the foot, that's how good his aim was! It eventually cost him his business. You have to guide your passion with a plan of action, not just throw an idea out there without a road map to get you over, or around, the barriers that will come up. I would suggest you Plan with passion.

Nicholas, It was a hard time for me because I'm a planner and then I implement.
