Those are all great reasons to use an agent, Don. The average buyer or seller just doesn't have the inside market knowledge that most agents do... and it's information that's desperately needed in order to make a sound financial decision.

You my friend are so right, we need to be getting this information out to prospective buyers and even those that are already out looking by themselves.

Excellent reasons - I would only add to save the customer time and money. An agent who is familar with the submarket, has previewed the homes, etc. is a godsend. I have an agent who sells my neighborhood. He always knows when a home is about to be placed on the market and is usually the first to show it (and usually ends up selling it).

Very nice job with this Don, those are all really great reason to use a realtor!
