Anyone have any luck with Taylor, Bean, Whitaker short sales?

Just curious if anyone has any luck with Taylor Beach Whitaker on a short sale. I have a short sale package submitted and they person that I talked with was very optimistic telling me that they will have an answer in 45 days. Not that I doubt her, I sure hope so!!

My big problem is that they are SO difficult to get in touch with. Everytime that I call I can expect to be on hold for at least 30 minutes. Anyone have a number other than 1-800-530-2602

Try their Loss Mitigation Department at (513) 830-2949, Kerry Knox.

I understand TB&W is contracting with someone to manage all loss mitigation; its either Sparta or Smarta, not sure, but call Kerry and she should answer the phone.
