Denver Comes Out on Top of Most Desirable Cities Poll

According to a recent Pew Research Center Poll, Denver came out as the city most people want to move to.  Denver beat out other notable cites such as San Diego, Seattle, San Francisco, Phoenix, Tampa, and Orlando.  According to the report, liberal leaning Denver was the top choice among Republicans Independents, and third among Democrats, behind San Diego and San Francisco.  Many factors where considered in the survey, and to be sure, Denver wasn't tops in all categories, however, when it was all added up, Denver came out the preferred choice.  While this bodes well for our economic future, I'm not looking forward to all the problems that growth brings with it.  You can read the article in the Thursday (1-29-09) Rocky Mountain News.
