January 09 Fantastic Brand New never been lived in or Abused by the foreclosure process!

Happy New Year to all. We are very busy here in the Tampa Bay area for the fast approaching Super Bowl!!

The weather this winter has been absolutey beautiful. I am amazed by the tremendous bargains that are available right now. I do not think we will see in our lifetime the waterfront bargains that exist at this moment. Do not let them pass you by. I can tell you from very recent experience in helping clients that most of the time people are going thru the hasseles of foreclosure when you can buy brand new construction with full warranties that you cannot "build" or  are under what you can bulild!!  Some very large builders have to keep some workers busy and are making deals that have to compete with the foreclosures lets make it happen!
