Hi Kathy, this is a specialty store and marketing is the key as is any business or commercial listing. I have placed the listing in key areas where buyers would have a specific interest in this type of business. I have had several inquiries but of the targeted nature of the marketing. Hi Gary, I actually have several commercial listings as well as dedicated commercial Realtors. This property is a of a specific nature and will require more of a background for the clientele, in my estimation. I have 3 commercial listings personally in addition to 31 residential listings. I do generate a lot of showings and calls. Thanks for the comments Gary.
Hi John, I am having a good success with generating buyers...not like a few years ago but very good for this market. It takes a bit more marketing and time to sell right now in our market but marketing is the key...hasn't it always been? :-) Thanks for the comments John.
