Is staging really necessary?

Yes, but only if you want to sell the house for the best price and the least amount of time!

I really don't even need to write any more because that statement is absolutely true! We often can increase the selling price of the home up to 7% after we have staged or completed a staging redesign.

Partner up with a stager in your area or go to www.weredesign.comto find a stager in your area and use them as part of your marketing strategy to get the SOLD sign posted for your seller!

Staging is a fabulous way to sell for top dollar. It's amazing though what a good cleaning & de-cluttering will do too though isn't it??

I'm to the point in my career now that I don't worry so much about hurting someone's feelings nearly as much as I do about making sure I get them the absolute HIGHEST Price possible.

Their ego will heal once the home is sold & the money is in their pockets. That's when they'll understand that we're seriously just doing our job when we say "let's clean"!!
