"There's a fine line between eccentrics and geniuses. If you're a little ahead of your time, you're an eccentric, and if you're too late, you're a failure, but if you hit it right on the head, you're a genius"
-- Thomas J. Watson, Jr., former CEO of IBM
"The function of genius is not to give new answers, but to pose new questions which time and mediocrity can resolve"
-- H.R. Trevor-Roper, British historian

While I did score 780 on my math SAT back in high school, graduated 5th in my high school class, graduated from an Ivy League University, and earned my law degree from a top tier school, I recently received an honor which tops them all. It's almost as exciting as when I passed the Virginia Bar Exam on the first go-around.
The overwhelming emotions that I felt enliven my body and soul when Lani Rosales asked me to be a contributing author on Agent Genius were only surpassed by the unimaginable excitement I experienced when my wife accepted my marriage proposal over 8 years ago on a sandy beach at sunset in Curacao.
All kidding aside, I'm proud to be involved with one of the most innovating and forward-thinking blogs out there in the Real Estate 2.0 World.
Today, I made my Agent Genius debut with my post: Leaving on a Jet Plane? A Vacation Lesson for Agents
I'd love it if you would go over there and comment on my debut AG post.
For those of you who haven't yet explored the Agent Genius blog, here's a description from their site:
"Agent Genius is the first multi-author real estate blog designed by and for real estate agents nation wide. Unlike other real estate blogs that blog at the consumer, we blog beside the consumer. We talk about whats hot in technology, new and inventive real estate business models, the nature of the real estate industry, hot topics that impact consumers and so much more…"
"agentgenius.com is one of the fastest growing phenomenons on the internet today, growing in scope and popularity with each passing day- why? Because agentgenius.com writes from the heart on real estate issues that matter, we focus on constructive solutions, and because we’re pretty darn funny too- we’re fun for the consumer, the agent, and informative. What more could you ask for?"
Poke around Agent Genius for a while, and you'll see some familiar names, faces and Geniuses. I'm proud to be among them now.
Thank you for reading my blog post. If you like what you’ve read, then please:
Sounds like a great opportunity, Brian. I'll be sure to "poke around" as I always do and give your new associates a look-see.
