Coral Sands Point At High Rock Lake

By
Real Estate Agent with Robertson Realty

Don't miss out on one of the BEST buys on High Rock Lake this summer!

Coral Sands Point Recreational Village was once known as Foster's Point Campground at High Rock Lake in Lexington NC.  In 2007, Golden Web Properties, LLC was presented with the opportunity to puchase the campground that included 38 RV sites and commercial parcel.  Golden Web Properties purchased the property and has decided to turn it into the form of land condominims.

Coral Sands Point is being sold as deeded RV sites restricted to Park Cabins that remain on the site. Just like other condominium complex, each buyer owns their lot within the complex as well as an undivided interest in all the common areas.  A non-profit Property Owner's Association manages and maintains the property over long term.  A monthly maintenance fee is charged by the POA to cover utilities and routine maintenance of the property.

How Much Does a Lake Front Lot Cost?

Lots are priced at $75,000, $85,000, and $95,000 and do not include the Park Cabin.

How Much Are Cabins?

The price of a new Park Cabin varies depending on size and options, typically from $30,000-$50,000.  Call For Details.

Interested potential buyer

Possibly a decent deal, but not great.  I went by and saw the lot sizes and they are very small for that amount of money, especially so in these economic times.  I haven't asked, and not sure I can get an answer on here, but is there any room for haggling the price during these down times to help stimulate the economy around the lake?  11 sold out of 36 lots after a year of owning the place would make you think there could be some wiggle room for potential buyers.

Thanks for your e-mail.  Everyone will agree that the economy is bad but things will turn around.  The lots in Coral Sands Point at High Rock Lake are still one of the best buys on the lake.  If you are interested in a lot, I would suggest that you make an offer.  As the economy changes prices at High Rock Lake will also change.  This is a great time for anyone interested in properties at High Rock Lake to purchase because as the economy gets better the prices on the lake will go up, up, up!

If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to call me 336-225-2842.

Thanks,

Debbie Starnes
