I take my umbrella with me everywhere, but I am still getting wet!

Active Rain is a wonderful place. People are ready to buy again and take advantage of these low interest rates while they can. It is a better time already. I can see that 2009 will be an excellent year to sell homes for me.

I have also had quite a lot of buyers appts lately and listing appts. I agree that the market has changed. It is a great time to buy a home.
I feel the market stirring here i Hanover as well. This is a good thing!!
