I haven't been a very faithful bloger lately. I am very grateful to have made it through 2008 and have been taking 2009 one day at a time as I'm sure each of you have and are. I got a call from a potential customer last week and when he wanted to see one of my listings and was actually pre-approved for a loan prior to the showing I thought? - Actually no I didn't think I actually did a happy dance!!!! I did it right in the middle of my office reception area. After putting 3 contracts binding on Christmas Eve I thought WOW this is going to be a great new year and then having the buyers loose their jobs and having all three contracts fall through I truly thought oh please lord - Don't let this madness continue!
I have since taken many deep breaths and will show the property today which the buyer wants to make an offer on!!!!!! See I can even type this and I feel the Happy Dance coming on! I started selling Real Estate because I love it and even though this market has been tough for even the veterans it is still a great job and it has great hope!
Anyway everyone please join with me stop watching the television gloom and doom - take a deep breath and remember why you got in the business to start with. As a very dear friend told me a long time ago and for Real Estate it holds so true - - "THIS TOO SHALL PASS" brighter days are on the horizion!!!
