Yesterday I drove down to Indian Rocks Beach and Anne drove up from St Petersburg Beach - we met at Guppy's in Indian Rocks Beach for lunch!

It is always so much fun to meet fellow ActiveRainers and this was no exception! Anne was born and raised in Germany. I lived in Germany for 17 years - so we had plenty to talk about that was not real estate connected too!!!

If you are in the area you really need to check Guppy's out! It was my first time and I had the mahi-mahi tacos. It was fantastic!!!! I recommend it if you are in the area!

And here she is, Anne Hensel!!!! What a smile!!! She was telling me all about her successful business and we discussed the current market. We both see it improving in the last couple of months!

Here I am, all bundled up! It had rained and was only in the 60's - time for the warm weather clothing!!!!

Remember to try Guppy's - I am sure you will love it! Right across the street from the public beach on Gulf Blvd in Indian Rocks Beach!!!
