What will we find, during your Home Inspection?

Inspection of a Home Hot Water Tank

On this Inspection, I also found the hot water tank was installed over finished living areas of the home. There was no catch pan and no drain installed. It was recommend having a qualified plumber install a catch pan and drain to prevent water damage to the finished interior areas below the tank if and when it may develop a leak or it is drained.
