Excellent customer service does exist! And you can find it in unexpected places. This one is way overdo. Mad props to Sean with WPReality for helping me with setting up my new WordPress blog DenverRealEstateSoup.com.
Last December I decided that it was time to venture out and start a separate blog in WordPress. I was attempting/struggling to set up the new blog and kept putting it off. I wanted to use Godaddy to host the blog since we already had Godaddy account + had some free hosting available.

After hours and hours (felt like weeks) of wasted time and extreme frustration I went on Twitter and asked if anybody knew how to set the new blog up or what the heck was I doing wrong?
Two people instantly replied - one of them was Sean with WPReality - "Boosting WordPress for Realtors". He asked me a few questions and offered to help me through it. Now he does this for a living, but he offered his help for FREE! That was amazing and greatly appreciated.
After this, setting up the blog became a breeze - Sean quickly went through the set up - which had to be done manually (rather than the automatic one Godaddy has) - only to find out that the free version of Godaddy hosting adds their advertising to your blog. I didn't know that was going to happen, and I didn't want that to happen. So...
What were my other options? Sean gave me other options and I was so happy to find out I didn't have to try to figure it out myself! I ended up selecting a hosting through a different provider. The best part was that I did it through a link from WPReality Website (used a hosting partner) and Sean SET IT ALL UP FOR FREE! Now that was awesome!
I signed up with Dreamhost through Sean's WPReality site and sat back. Literally within 2 hrs we were done. Or, I really should say he was done. We Skyped, he accessed my computer and I could see what he was doing - and could follow along for the most part LOL - it was the best!
And that is not all - what I was really impressed about was that he had thought ahead. What else will the agent need - and offer to provide it. All upfront. Here is what WPReality free setup includes.
Since then I have corresponded with him on a few occasions via Twitter and I know I will use him for other projects involving WordPress. He even does Twitter backgrounds.
I can not say enough about Sean's absolutely amazing customer service. This type of customer service is what everybody should be doing. It also made me realize how many companies have a long way to go to great customer service. He has just received a customer for life. I know I will be using him a lot for future projects.
Thanks Sean - you were a lifesaver! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
