What a truly unique place-the Brecksville Center for the Arts (BCA) is a true opportunity for people of all ages-from preschoolers to older adults to find their creative side, enjoy the discovery of painting, hold a paintbrush or make a piece of pottery for the first time, or just enjoy time with friends at a special art exhibit.. Not only do they offer classes at the Center, but they offer after school programs at the local schools, summer classes and a whole host of events.
Our son enjoyed the BCA summer program. He took three different sessions throughout the summer after kindergarten and made some really cool things. He still has all of his art projects in his room! He also took part in an after-school program offered at his elementary school during the year and had a great time. Four years go, our daughter took part in the after school program as well. She was hesitant, but her friend asked her to do it with her. Mind you, she hardly believes she is anything even close to being an artist, but I must say, we (and she) were quite impressed with the different "masterpieces" she created.

The BCA is yet another example of a wonderful community organization Brecksville is so proud of and so fortunate to call its own. Because of its dedicated staff, instructors, and volunteers, so many people all around the area get the opportunity to indulge in the arts, book club, photography, chorus, music and dance lessons, wine appreciation, special events, and a whole lot more!
