I am a true believer that staging a non-occupied million dollar home is the way to go! Just as a nice shade of lipstick enhances the lips, a qualified designer/stager breathes life into large, open spaces. Even a 7,000 square foot home shows brighter, warmer and feels liveable. It's okay to go big - from oversize planters to wrap around couches, not-to-mention a majestic four poster bed in the master suite. Of course the furniture should be house specific, larger furniture for a larger living space...smaller for a smaller living space.

Another great payoff for advertising/marketing a million dollar home is bringing a professional photographer in to take pictures. EVERY million dollar home deserves to be shown at its finest and only professionals know how to truly show off rich, vibrant tones, beautiful decor, ambience lighting. Also, have shots taken during evening hours in order to show off the character and personality of the home. Professional staging with professional photos make your million dollar listing stand out from all others not willing to forgo the time and cost to do so.
