What will we find, during your Home Inspection?

Inspection of a Hot Water Tank

It was also found there is no drip leg installed on this hot water tank's gas supply line. A drip leg is intended to trap oil, scale, water condensation, and or debris from the gas supply line before they can reach and do damage to the water tank components. A qualified plumber should install a drip leg as per standard building practices.
