What will we find, during your Home Inspection?

New Hampshire

Inspection of a Hot Water Tank

Hot Water Tank

It was also found there is no drip leg installed on this hot water tank's gas supply line. A drip leg is intended to trap oil, scale, water condensation, and or debris from the gas supply line before they can reach and do damage to the water tank components. A qualified plumber should install a drip leg as per standard building practices.

Hi Dale -- I really appreciate inspectors.  And they are always men for some reason.  I haven't met a female inspector yet! LOL

Good Morning Dale!  I love the visual illustration of what you are looking for in an inspection.  If you were here in Utah, I would be sure to send clients your way.  You really display a great deal of knowledge that will keep every buyer at peace. Enjoy your day!
