Bill. Indeed. Prices are really good. I can't believe some of the prices our buyers are getting on some of the short sales and foreclosures.

Love the graphic - and so true. Prices down 50%, sales double or triple last year - BUyers are starting to understand the timing of this thing. Don't know if we're out of the woods yet but the view is definitely improving in many markets.

Gene. We're not out of the woods yet. We have a long way to go. But, there's still traffic at the real estate mall.

The shoppers are out looking for bargains.
